Training hard

Hello it's Tuesday first training of this week is a 40km =25miles and did that in 95mins so see how I get on tomorrow if I'm any quicker?

It's was wired today training though as it was hard for first 50 min then got really easy to do the last 20km in faster mode to!!

Sore bum though will need to get use to that I may say!
